• Financial abuse occurs in 99% of domestic violence cases leaving victims unable to seek necessary legal help (NNEDV).

The National Network to End Domestic Violence, "is a social change organization dedicated to creating a social, political and economic environment in which violence against women no longer exists." They provide, "easy-to-understand, 'plain language' legal information and resources to victims living with or escaping domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking or dating violence," as well as access to state-by-state low-cost or free legal help through WomensLaw.
